The event is run by Event Manager Robert Goode with a team of up to 18 Officials.
This Official Group includes:
- 5 Official Vehicles positioned throughout the field running checkpoints and managing the event on a daily basis
- 1 x Medical Vehicles traveling throughout the field , administering assistance if required with qualified medical practitioners.
- 1 x back up Mechanical support vehicles
- 1 x purpose built recovery 4WD vechicle (The Beast).
